The Sovereign Maori State Wha Atua of Aotearoa and it's government of Aotearoa, jurisdiction, powers, authority, the State's lands, tribal boundaries, foreshores, seabeds laws and regulations are "INDEPENDENT & SEPARATE LAWS, JURISDICTIONS & ENTITIES" from the New Zealand Colonial Government, by virtue of:
- Fundamental Principles of International Law (Common Law Rights);
- 1835 Declaration of Independence;
- Recognitions by many sovereign nations todate;
- Tribe's Rights to Self-Determination embodied in the Charter of the United Nations;
- United Nations Declaration of the Rights on Indigenous Peoples, in particular Articles 3;, 4;, 5;, 6;, 9;, 20;,26;,
34;, 37;, & 41;, and revisions, adopted by the General Assembly in 2007 and further endorsed by Canada,
United States of America and New Zealand in 2010-2012.
The Sovereign Maori State Government Wha Atua Aotearoa power, authority and jurisdiction to register and operate the Tribe's State Central Bank, the Maori Central Bank of Aotearoa, was granted by its State Decree 001/2008, in accordance with Maori Law and International Common Law and is outside the purview of New Zealand Colonial Government's subordinate "Constitutional Jurisdiction" laws and regulations. New Zealand is a constitutional colonial body/entity registered under a UK Act.
The Maori Central Bank of Aotearoa makes no claims as to being a registered bank in New Zealand's subordinate jurisdiction as defined under the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989 and any other subordinate laws of New Zealand. Therefore, LET IT BE KNOWN, that the registration of the Maori Central Bank of Aotearoa and the use of the word "Bank" is registered under Sovereign Maori States Laws and the State Decree 001/2008 which falls outside New Zealand's Colonial jurisdiction and authority.
