The Chairman and Governor of the Board of Governors is H.M. Arikinui Manukau III and the President and Director of Treasury of the Bank is His Excellency, Mr. Robert H. Ptak. Prime Minister H.R.H. His Excellency Ravi Takyar is Director of the Board of Governors and Financial & Economic Advisor to the Bank. Mr. Simon Leck is Director of IT & Communications of the Bank, comprising the Maori Central Bank's Core Management Team.
As the Bank and Treasury Management FINTECH IT Systems become fully operational over the coming months, the Core Management Team shall select highly experienced persons with top security clearances, internationally qualified in financial, economic, and legal experience. At such time, the Bank's operations, management structure, and policies shall be implemented along with the core operating budget and projections.



H.M. Arikinui Manukau III, the Leader of the Sovereign Maori State Wha Atua Aotearoa, Chairman, and Governor of the Board of Governors of the Bank.
With 28 yrs experience and expertise in international law, banking, finance, economic development, taxation. Also, the implementation of the New Maori Nation's economic and financial systems and the electronic digital gold-backed currency/IT systems.
His Excellency Mr. Robert H. Ptak is the President and Director of Treasury operations of the Bank and has more than 40 years of professional experience in Banking, Treasury, and financial operations worldwide.
Mr. Ptaks 40 years of experience include government affairs & infrastructure projects, petroleum, mining, and energy projects with many governments worldwide, and is currently implementing projects with several Central American governments.

His Excellency has many years of professional experience in government affairs and social economics, international affairs, and history.

H.E, Ambassador Simon Leck is a Director of the Bank and IT & Communications and has many years of experience in finance and banking and was the advisor to Chief of Cabinet for Deputy Prime Minister Yim Chhaily in Cambodia, managing the Representative office for the International Finance and Global Governance Research institute ICC, National Development and Reform Commission of China.

Mr. Leck also executed telecom contracts with Chunghwa Telecom, Fareast Telecom in Taiwan, Tata communication India, Global Telecom Philippines, VNPT, Vietnam and many others incumbent telecom operators.
